About MAX Hospital

Max Hospital is a super multispecialty Hospital situated in Dehradun. It is 200 bedded hospital with 25 specialty facilities which offer services in medical disciplines of Neurosciences (MIND), Cardiac Sciences, Orthopedics, and other multi-specialties like Urology, Nephrology, Mental health and Behavioral Sciences, Aesthetics and Reconstructive surgery .. Hospital has its own Central Lab including Microbiology, Clinical Pathology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Hematology, and Histopathology Labs separately. It also has its own Blood Bank which has separate rooms for Aphaeresis, Collection, and component Lab.

The paramedical 1st & 2nd year students of UCBMS&H Sewla Khurd Dehradun learned a lot from this visit, and they understand the importance of clinical labs. They also learned the procedure to perform different type of specimens/Samples in different clinical labs such as Microbiology, Pathology, Hematology, Biochemistry, & Molecular Biology .
