Abstract Submission Guidelines Please read the essentials for abstracts carefully:
Abstracts can be submitted for oral as well as poster presentation and it should be related to conference sub themes.
A maximum of 2 submissions (one oral & one poster) is allowed per author.
Abstracts must be prepared in English.
Last date of submission of the abstract is on or before 18th May 2018 and it should be submitted online via the conference website or to conference mail – firstname.lastname@example.org And guidelines for preparation & presentation will be uploaded later on website.
Please indicate the proposed abstract to be considered for as oral or poster presentation.
Presentation will be registered by scientific committee with specification of no more than four Authors within a project.
The presenting. In case of unavailability of first author the second author can present the abstract but he/she should submit authorization letter which convey transfer of authority professionally.
Presenting author contact details e.g. email id, mobile number, correspondence address.
If applicable, information on grants and fellowships must be included at the end of the abstract text.
There is no fee for abstract submission but presenting authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation must register for the conference and pay the required registration fee. If registration fee has not been settled until 25th May 2018 the abstract will be deleted from the scientific programme.
Each author/presenter should declare his/her relationship with any organizing committee members when registering for conference.
Abstracts cannot be modified (in their authorship, title and contents) after the deadline for abstract submission.
Please note that a maximum of 250-300 words are allowed excluding title and author(s). The abstract need to be typed in Microsoft office word document on A4 size paper with Times New Roman font style, font size 12, 1.5 spacing.
Only standard abbreviations are accepted.
Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
Ideally the usual structure of a scientific abstract (Introduction – Methods – Results – Conclusion) is applied. However, a free structure is also allowed.
All best accepted abstracts will be published in the conference souvenir.
Please follow carefully these instructions. Abstracts not prepared correctly will not be considered for presentation.
