REPORT ON: HIV TEST CAMP

On Dec 26th 2019, The Department of Medical Laboratory Technology in collaboration with BALAJI NGO organized the educational visit on HIV Awareness and testing camp, which focused on truck drivers and migrators. During the visit our student smartly interacted with the member of NGO and gains a detailed knowledge of HIV/AIDS.
After that they got order by member of NGO to give awareness about HIV/AIDS to all the truck drivers in whole transport nagar. For that they were distributed in small groups. They visited entire transport nagar and orally they have presented awareness about HIV/AIDS. Some of them truck drivers were convinced by students speech and they got ready to do test.
At the end, student got a advantage to see how HIV/AIDS (Qualitative test) done in the camp and open field area. Students benefited a lot by this education visit.
